dear diary : ...unwell...

last july entry, i'd talked bout the summertime everywhere all around the world..heh!!

focus on seri iskandar...gosh!! the unpredictable weather (extremely hot in the morning..suddenly it's raining heavily during the lunch hour..then it's hot again in the evening..heh!!) will effect your health IF you dont really care bout it & take it as an easy situation..while it's not!! i means, extra cares are needed such as avoid the unhealthy food (may easily makes u sick..heh!!)...H1N1's still attacking malaysia even not drastically critical as the first time.. there're new viruses~ leptospirosis (air kencing tikus) dan melioidosis (bakteria disebabkan air dan tanah)...was it related with the hot weather topic?? heh!! (just wanna show how "ilmiah" am i..heh!!) layan jekla ok..heh!! 6 people died cos of those viruses..sound serious huh!!

the "mukadimah" shows how concern am i bout world nowadays..heh!! how am i going to find the solution of it...

hot weather : makes me thirsty all the time..mineral water always be my bestfriend...congratz to makcik cafe fspu for being richer (everyday, i'll buy at least 3 bottles of mineral water ok..heh!!)

the other solution : ice cream...gosh!! i'm back to my oldtime habits..eating dessert..heh!! choc ice-cream definitely..heh!! sungguh unhealthy ok...but then, what to do...it's pressure while working (biasela kan) crit session makes me hungry & stuck sometimes...otak jadik tepu...so when class is over, 7ELEVEN @ MESRA~PETRONAS..here i come...searching for an ice cream...heh!! ice cream in cup (i can't eat the cornetto @ trophy...too difficult..heh!!)

here's the new addiction...i've got this idea while, watching for FRIENDS series...chandler, joey used to eat ice cream where they got it from monica's freezer (obviously..heh!!) & eating ice cream while gossiping among them...awesome!! if i'm not mistaken...HAAGEN DAAZ @ sometimes its monica's homemade ice cream..heh!! gosh!! missing HAAGEN DAAZ so much, (in UK, it's really cheap..5pound for 2 cups of it..heh!!) i'm searching for it at TESCO..guess what??  a cup for RM35..unworthy ok..nasib baik i waras lagik..heee...so i try to find something similar lil bit...and here it is!!

yeah, right!! the medicine...hahahahaha....padan muke i...dequadin~ discomfort throat, clarinase~flu attack..heh!!

it's all because of the brilliant idea of me to have a great addiction to ice cream...(healthy food sgt kan..heh!!)

p/s : mukadimah yg awal2 tu actually, it's a reminder for myself..next time, be extra genius...eat more ice cream...padan muka i lagik..heh!!
